Higgsfield manages individual plans from the account menu, not from the pricing page. The path, as the help centre gives it:

1. Click your avatar and select Manage Account.
2. Open Subscription and scroll to Plan Settings at the bottom of the page.
3. Open Manage Subscription, select Show, then select Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm, and take a screenshot of the confirmation screen with the date visible.

That last step is ours, not Higgsfield's, and it is the one that matters most if anything goes wrong later. Arcads, for one, names proof of cancellation as the deciding fact in a billing dispute, and it is the first thing any support team asks for.

Team and Scale plans work differently. Only the workspace Owner can cancel them, from Organization settings, so a team member who cancels their own seat has not stopped the company's bill. If you are not the Owner, ask whoever is to cancel, and get the screenshot from them.

Higgsfield's article does not cover purchases made through a mobile app store. If you paid through Apple or Google Play, the subscription is managed in that store's subscription settings, not in Higgsfield's account menu, and a refund request goes to the store under its rules.

What happens to your credits when you cancel

Cancelling turns off auto-renewal and Auto-Refill. It does not delete your account or your generations. What happens to credits depends on how you bought them, and this is where people lose money they did not need to.

The practical reading: spend subscription credits before the period ends, because they vanish on the day it does. Top-up credits survive the cancellation, but only on free-plan models, so the expensive engines you bought them for (Seedance, Sora, Veo at full quality) may no longer be reachable. If you have a large pack balance, use it on the paid models before the plan lapses.

Your videos stay in the account. Higgsfield's article notes that older content from long-inactive accounts can be moved to cold storage under its terms of use, though not deleted, so download anything you will need for a client or an ad account before you walk away.

Higgsfield refund policy in plain numbers

Higgsfield's refund article sets three conditions, and all three must hold:

Two of those rows decide almost every case. "Zero credits used" means the refund right ends the moment you generate anything on a paid model, which is also the only way to find out whether the product suits you. And "initial purchase only" means a renewal you forgot to stop is not refundable under the standard policy at all.

Annual plans are all or nothing. Higgsfield does not prorate unused months: a yearly plan bought in the last 7 days with no credits used is refunded in full, and otherwise it runs to the end of the paid year. Turning off auto-renewal still stops the next annual charge, which on Ultra is the difference between paying once and paying twice.

There are two exceptions in the article worth knowing. If Higgsfield significantly degrades a paid plan or shuts down a paid feature entirely, you can cancel and get back the unused part of what you paid. • The date of the purchase.
• The amount charged.

3. Use any credit pack or Boost balance on paid models too, while you still have access to them.
4. Download the finished videos you will reuse, in the highest resolution you rendered.
