Refund Policy
Effective 14 October 2026
Once an AdsGen subscription charge has gone through, it is final. Rendering AI video costs us real compute the moment you press generate, which is why we only return a payment in the three situations listed under "When a payment comes back". This page also covers cancelling, renewals and what we rely on if a charge is disputed.
What a plan fee pays for
Every AdsGen plan is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Each billing period opens your plan's allowance of script batches and rendered videos and every feature of the plan from its first day. You are paying for that period of access, not per ad, so the fee for a period is earned when the period starts, whether you render your full allowance or nothing at all.
The pricing page lists the allowance and features of each plan before you buy. By subscribing, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right or cooling-off period ends once the service has started.
Reasons we do not accept
- An ad did not perform: low click-through, high cost per purchase, a rejected ad on an advertising platform or a campaign that did not pay back. Results depend on your offer, targeting and budget.
- You did not like a hook, a script, the AI creator, the voice or the captions of a render.
- Renders and script batches you already used, including ones you deleted afterwards.
- The product URL you gave had too little information to write a strong script from.
- You did not use the service, or used less than your allowance, during a paid period.
- A renewal went through because you did not cancel before the renewal date, or you cancelled just after it.
- A renewal was collected on a retry after an earlier attempt failed.
- You thought the plan was a one-time purchase. Every plan renews, and this is stated on the pricing page, in the checkout and in your confirmation email.
- You picked a bigger plan or a longer term than you needed. Moving to a smaller plan leaves the unused part as a credit on your next invoice, not money back to your card.
- A capability you expected is not listed for your plan on the pricing page.
- Unused days after you cancel. Access lasts until the end of the period and is never pro-rated.
- Someone else used your account, including a teammate or freelancer you gave your login to.
When a payment comes back
We return a charge only in these cases, only where our records and the transaction record support the claim, and never for more than the charge concerned.
- You were billed twice. A fault in our billing took payment for the same period more than once.
- Your card was used without permission. You report it within 14 days of the charge and the records confirm it. A claim on its own is not proof. We may ask you to confirm that you reported the misuse to your card issuer.
- AdsGen did not work at all. A confirmed fault on our side made the service completely unusable for a continuous period, you reported it while it was happening, and we were unable to fix it. Slow renders, one feature misbehaving, a platform rejecting an ad and issues with your own device or connection do not qualify.
An agreed refund is limited to what you paid for the affected period, goes back only to the card that was charged, and is our whole liability for that charge. Receiving one refund does not entitle you to another.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the charge, giving the charge date, the amount and the case above that applies. Requests sent later or from another address are not reviewed, and we do not reopen a decided request.
If a charge looks wrong, write to us before you contact your bank. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first breaches our Terms of Service and results in permanent closure of the account.
Cancelling, renewals and retries
You can cancel at any time from your account, without contacting us. Cancelling stops every future renewal immediately, and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund request.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. At the start of each period your allowance is granted and that period's fee is due. If your card is declined, the fee is still owed and our payment operator retries it over the following days. A retry collects the same unpaid invoice, it is not a second charge. Cancelling while a retry is pending stops later renewals but does not cancel the invoice for the period that has already started. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your account to avoid a renewal.
What we keep
The checkout shows the plan, the price, the billing period and the automatic renewal before you pay, and your confirmation email and account repeat them. Creating an account means accepting our Terms of Service, which include this policy and our Privacy Policy.
For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the emails we sent you, renewal notices and an account activity log, including sign-ins, product URLs submitted, scripts written and videos rendered and downloaded. Our payment operator keeps its own record of every transaction, including the card's issuing country, where the payment came from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. We check claims against these records and send them to your bank if a chargeback is opened.
Earlier subscriptions
A subscription bought before 14 October 2026 remains under the terms that applied on the day it was bought, until its current period ends.
