Creatify vs InVideo vs AdsGen: AI video ad tools compared
The short answer
Creatify and InVideo both turn a prompt or a product page into video, but they are sold on opposite logic. Creatify is an advertising platform: it starts at a product URL, meters work in credits that map to ad outputs, and wraps generation in an ad launcher and a competitor tracker. InVideo is a metered marketplace for other companies' models, including Veo 3.1, Kling 3 and Sora 2, priced from $17 a month for 75 credits up to $900 a month for 4,250. The fact that decides an InVideo budget is in its own FAQ: credits are charged at each model's original API pricing, unused credits do not roll over, and InVideo reserves the right to change credit costs at any time without prior notice. Creatify is the safer pick if you need a predictable cost per ad; InVideo is the pick if you want access to every frontier video model in one subscription.
Creatify and InVideo turn up on the same shortlist because both promise finished video without a camera, an editor or a creator booking. Search either name and you will find the other listed as a competitor.
They are not really competing for the same job. One is software for people whose output is measured in CPA. The other is a subscription that puts a shelf of frontier generation models behind a single login. This page compares them on the things that change a purchase decision: what each one is actually for, how the credits behave, and what a finished ad ends up costing. AdsGen is our product, so it sits in a third column rather than hiding at the bottom, and the rows where the other two win are still in the table.

What each one costs
Both plan tables below were read off each vendor's own pricing page in August 2026. Creatify publishes Starter at $39 a month for 100 credits, with 300 AI actors, 200+ ad templates, 50+ premium models, 75+ languages, watermark removal, 5GB of asset storage and video up to 2 minutes. Pro is sold on a credit slider running from 200 to 5,000 credits a month, published at $99 a month for the entry rung, and adds 1,500 AI actors, 500+ templates, 100+ premium models, the Creative Agent, an ad launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, a competitor ad tracker covering up to 10 brands, 10GB of storage and video up to 10 minutes. Enterprise is custom. Note that Creatify's own compare table now lists one seat on Starter and one seat on Pro, so neither published plan is a team plan. A free tier still exists but is described only in the pricing FAQ: 10 credits a month, up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads, and a watermark on exports. InVideo publishes four individual tiers, all quoted on annual billing: Plus at $17 a month billed $200 yearly for 75 credits, 4 AI avatars and voice clones, 20GB of storage and 100 iStock assets; Max at $85 a month billed $1,000 yearly for 390 credits, 16 avatars, twice the concurrency and 100GB; Generative at $170 a month billed $2,000 yearly for 800 credits, 40 avatars, ten times the concurrency and 2TB; and Elite at $900 a month billed $10,800 yearly for 4,250 credits, 200 avatars, twenty times the concurrency and 10TB. Every paid InVideo tier includes the same access to 200+ image, video, audio and music models and unlimited exports without a watermark, so the tiers sell compute rather than features. The annual toggle is on by default at 15% off on the first three tiers and 10% on Elite, which means month-to-month billing runs higher than the advertised figures. A separate Team and Enterprise tab is quoted on request. AdsGen publishes its plans, starting at $82 a month.

In depth
Where each tool actually wins
What Creatify does best
Creatify is built for people whose work is judged on cost per acquisition. It starts at the product URL, pulls the details and images itself, and generates variants in batches, which matches how paid social actually runs. You rarely need one perfect ad. You need eight, so you can find the one that works and kill the other seven.
The part that earns its keep sits outside generation. On Pro you get an ad launcher that pushes creative straight into Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, and a competitor ad tracker covering up to ten brands. If your goal is to shorten the distance between an idea and a live campaign, that consolidation is the argument. One caveat worth knowing before you plan around it: Creatify's own compare table lists a single seat on both Starter and Pro, so a team of three needs three subscriptions or an Enterprise conversation.
What InVideo does best
InVideo has taken a different bet. Rather than tuning one generation pipeline, it aggregates other companies' models and sells you metered access to all of them: Veo 3.1, Kling 3, Sora 2, Nano Banana Pro, Seedance, Eleven Labs music, and more than two hundred others across image, video, audio and music. Every paid tier gets the same shelf.
That breadth is real value for anyone whose work changes shape week to week. A creator producing a stylized brand film on Monday, a voiceover on Wednesday and a set of thumbnails on Friday would otherwise be paying three subscriptions. InVideo collapses that into one, adds stock from iStock and Storyblocks, and removes watermarks on every paid plan including the $17 entry tier. For range, nothing in this comparison is close.
The credit models are the real difference
Look at what scales across InVideo's ladder and the structure gives itself away. From Plus to Elite the price moves from $17 to $900 a month, roughly fifty-three times, while credits move from 75 to 4,250, roughly fifty-seven times. Model access is identical on all four tiers. Exports are unwatermarked on all four. What you are buying is not features, it is compute, plus concurrency, storage and stock allowances that scale alongside it.
That has a consequence buyers should price in. InVideo's own FAQ states that generative models are charged at their original API pricing, that unused credits do not roll over to the next month, and that it reserves the right to update credit costs at any time without prior notice. So the cost of a finished video depends on which model you picked, and the exchange rate between your credits and that model can be repriced mid-subscription. Creatify meters in credits too, but against its own published plan table rather than a moving shelf of third-party API rates, which is why a cost per ad is easier to forecast there. Neither approach is dishonest. They just put the pricing risk in different places, and only one of them tells you where it went.
Which should you choose?
Pick Creatify if ads are the output and a forecastable cost per ad matters more than creative range, or if the ad launcher and competitor tracker replace tools you are already paying for. Pick InVideo if your output is varied, you want to test what the frontier models can actually do, and you would rather hold one metered subscription than five narrow ones. If you go with InVideo for advertising specifically, budget on your real model mix rather than the headline credit count, and check the per-model rate before you commit to a year.
The case for neither is when the bottleneck sits upstream of both. If the hard part is deciding what the ad should say, a bigger model shelf does not help and neither does an ad launcher, because what you are short of is angles. That is the gap AdsGen was built for: paste a product URL and it chooses the angle, writes the spoken hook, casts a creator, and returns native vertical ads with the captions already burned in. Fewer models than InVideo and a narrower suite than Creatify, on purpose, in exchange for ads you can upload the same afternoon.
Why teams pick AdsGen
The full UGC video ad, end to end
The angle, written for you
Neither tool decides what your ad should say. AdsGen picks the angle and writes the hook from your product page, so each ad tests a real idea like problem-solution, testimonial, or "I was skeptical".
Creators, not model output
Presenters are cast to look like real people filming on a phone, which is what UGC has to do to blend into a feed instead of reading as a generated clip.
Ready to upload
Output is native 9:16 with captions baked in and correct sizing for Meta, TikTok, Reels and Shorts, so ads go from generated to live without an editor in between.
