Jogg AI Review and JoggAI Reviews With Real Pricing
JoggAI makes a 30-second talking avatar ad for 50 credits, about 12 cents on the $29 Starter plan, but 30 seconds of Seedance 2.5 product footage costs 4,800 credits, about $11.60. It replaced its whole plan lineup after August 2026, Trustpilot shows 2.1 from 33 reviews with 64% one-star, and payments are non-refundable.

JoggAI is one of the cheapest ways to make a talking avatar video ad and one of the riskier subscriptions to buy. A 30-second avatar video costs 50 credits, about 12 cents on the $29 Starter plan, but generative product footage on Seedance 2.5 costs 4,800 credits for the same 30 seconds, about $11.60. Trustpilot shows 2.1 from 33 reviews with 64% one-star, mostly about refunds, and the terms say payments are non-refundable. JoggAI also replaced its whole plan lineup between late August and October 2026, so most reviews online quote prices that no longer exist.
We read JoggAI's pricing page and the plan data it loads, its credit knowledge base, its API pricing page, its terms of use and its review profiles on 2 October 2026. This review is written for a marketer or agency about to enter a card to make video ads. It covers what an ad really costs on the new credit scale, which numbers on JoggAI's own pages disagree with each other, the clauses worth reading first, and who should buy it instead of what we sell.
Jogg AI reviews at a glance
| What we checked | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 2.1 from 33 reviews, 64% one-star |
| AppSumo | 4.25 from 347 reviews (lifetime deal) |
| Product Hunt | 4.0 from 20 reviews |
| Cheapest paid plan | Starter, $29 a month or $288 a year |
| Avatar video rate | 25 credits per 15 seconds |
| 30-second avatar ad, Starter | 50 credits, about 12 cents |
| 30-second Seedance 2.5 clip | 4,800 credits, about $11.60 |
| Refunds | Non-refundable except where law requires |
The ratings tell two different stories depending on who is reviewing. AppSumo buyers, who paid once for a lifetime deal, rate it 4.25. Trustpilot reviewers, mostly subscription customers, give it 2.1, with 21% five-star and 64% one-star. That barbell shape usually means the product does its core job and fails at something structural around it, and in JoggAI's case the structural thing is billing.
What JoggAI actually does
JoggAI is an avatar video platform with ad tools around it. You can paste a product URL and have it write a script and render an avatar reading it, which it calls URL to Video. You can also turn a product photo into a "product avatar" holding the item, run AI product photo shoots, generate short product clips on models like Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3 and Wan3, translate videos and clone a voice. Paid plans include custom avatars (3 on Starter, 10 on Creator, 50 on Team) and up to 50 voice clones a month.
That puts it on the same shortlist as HeyGen, Creatify and Arcads for anyone making UGC-style ads. The difference is the price of a plain talking avatar, which is lower on JoggAI than on any of them, and the price of everything generative, which is not.
How much does JoggAI cost?
JoggAI costs $29 a month for Starter, $49 to $238 a month across five Creator rungs, and $2,580 a year for Team, read on 2 October 2026. Annual billing takes about 17 percent off and grants the whole year of credits up front. A free plan gives 200 credits once, valid for 31 days.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | None | 200 once, 31 days |
| Starter | $29 | $288 | 12,000 |
| Creator 1 | $49 | $488 | 22,000 |
| Creator 2 | $74 | $728 | 33,000 |
| Creator 3 | $98 | $968 | 44,000 |
| Creator 4 | $146 | $1,448 | 66,000 |
| Creator 5 | $238 | $2,388 | 110,000 |
| Team | Annual only | $2,580 | 110,000 |
The "Pay Yearly 17% off" badge is honest. Divided out, the yearly saving runs from 16.4 percent on Creator 5 to 18.0 percent on Creator 2, and 17.2 percent on Starter. That is worth saying because the August version of the same page carried a "Save 50%" badge plus a separate "Flash Sale 50%" label, and neither survived the relaunch. Our JoggAI pricing breakdown has every rung divided out on both billing cycles.
The Team plan buys seats, not cheaper credits
Team and annual Creator 5 include exactly the same 1,320,000 credits a year. Team costs $2,580 and Creator 5 costs $2,388, so the business tier charges $192 more for the same credits. Per credit, annual Team is 0.195 cents against 0.181 on annual Creator 5 and 0.185 on annual Creator 1.
What the extra money buys is governance and limits: 50 custom avatars instead of 10, 60-minute videos instead of 30, the fastest processing queue and shared seats. Even the seat count is unclear. The Team card says it includes 3 seats, while the pricing FAQ and the knowledge base say 2 seats with extra seats at $19 each, and a JoggAI comparison page describes that $19 as a one-time payment. If you only need one login and lots of credits, Creator 5 on annual billing is the better buy. If you need several people in one workspace, ask JoggAI in writing how many seats you get before you pay.
How many credits does a JoggAI video cost?
A standard avatar video costs 25 credits per 15 seconds, so a 30-second avatar ad is 50 credits and a minute is 100. Length is rounded up to the next 15 seconds. Generative video is billed per second instead: Seedance 2.5 costs 160 credits a second at 720p, so 30 seconds is 4,800 credits.
| Output | Credits | 30s on monthly Starter |
|---|---|---|
| Avatar video | 25 per 15 seconds | About $0.12 |
| URL to Video | 50 per video | About $0.12 a video |
| Talking Photo | 200 up to 1 minute | About $0.48 |
| Product Video Shoot, 720p | 40 per second | About $2.90 |
| Seedance 2.0, 720p | 120 per second | About $8.70 |
| Seedance 2.5, 720p | 160 per second | About $11.60 |
| Video translation | 25 per 15s per language | About $0.12 a language |
This is the most important table in the review. A talking avatar on JoggAI is close to free at the margin: Starter's 12,000 monthly credits cover 120 avatar minutes, or 240 thirty-second ads. For comparison, a 30-second Avatar IV ad on HeyGen Creator is about 75 cents and a 30-second ad on Creatify Starter is about $3.90. But the moment an ad needs generated footage of the product in use, the cost jumps by a factor of 40 to 100, and Starter's monthly balance buys two and a half 30-second Seedance 2.5 clips.
Two caveats from JoggAI's own pages. The knowledge base lists URL to Video at 50 credits per generated video but does not say whether a longer avatar render costs extra on top. And the Free plan card says its 200 credits make about 1 minute of avatar video, while the published rate of 25 credits per 15 seconds implies 2 minutes. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, which is better than several tools in this category.
What changed since August
If you are reading another Jogg AI review, check its date. When we read JoggAI on 23 August 2026, Starter was $24 a month on annual billing for 200 credits a year, Creator was $36 for 480 credits a year, Team was $46 a seat, and one credit bought one avatar video of any length up to the plan cap. By 2 October the credit scale had changed to roughly 100 credits per avatar minute, cost now grows with length, Creator split into five rungs from $49 to $238 a month, and Team became a flat $2,580 a year. Starter's annual price is the one number that did not move ($288 a year).
The most recent Trustpilot review we read, from 5 September, says "I paid them $29 and only got 16 credits", which reads like a customer caught on the old scale. Third-party reviews still quote list prices of $29, $69 and $89. None of those describe the plans a new customer is offered today.
Is Jogg AI legit?
Yes. JoggAI is a real product operated by JOGG PTE. LTD in Singapore, with a claimed Trustpilot profile, a Product Hunt listing at 4.0 and a sold-out AppSumo lifetime deal rated 4.25 by 347 buyers. The complaints are not that it takes money and delivers nothing. They are about refunds refused, renewals that surprised people, stuck renders and lip sync that drifts.
Most of the one-star reviews describe a billing ticket that went unanswered, which is a back-office support operations failure more than a product one. JoggAI replied to about 16 percent of its negative Trustpilot reviews. Lifetime-deal buyers also report limits and credits added after the sale, which is worth knowing if anyone offers you a lifetime plan again.
The clauses to read before you pay
Payments are non-refundable. JoggAI's terms say "Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law," and there is no separate refund policy page. You can cancel any time from Account and Subscription, and JoggAI will not refund charges already paid. On an annual plan that means the whole year.
Credits behave differently on each cycle. Monthly credits roll over for up to three months while you stay subscribed. Annual credits arrive in one block at the start of the year. Either way, unused credits expire at the end of the paid period if you cancel. Upgrading reclaims unused credits and refunds the leftover value of the old plan, and downgrades are not supported at all.
You own the output, and JoggAI may use your uploads. This is the good news. The terms say JoggAI claims no ownership of your output, assigns you all rights in it and does not restrict commercial use, so running JoggAI videos as ads is allowed. In return you grant a royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide licence on what you upload, for as long as it is stored, to operate, improve and promote the service. You must not upload images of people without their consent, and you must not present output as entirely human generated. Price increases take effect 14 days after they are posted, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
| Question | What JoggAI says |
|---|---|
| Refunds | None, except where law requires |
| Cancelling | Any time, no refund of paid charges |
| Monthly credits | Roll over up to 3 months |
| Annual credits | Granted up front for the year |
| Output ownership | Assigned to you, commercial use allowed |
| Your uploads | Licensed to JoggAI while stored |
| Price changes | 14 days after posting |
| Law | Singapore |
Is JoggAI worth it for video ads?
It depends almost entirely on what your ads look like. If your creative is a presenter reading a script to camera, JoggAI is very good value: Starter's credits cover hundreds of 30-second avatar ads a month, the ownership terms are clean and the commercial licence is explicit. Test the lip sync on your own script during the free credits, because that is the top quality complaint.
If your ads depend on generated product footage, someone using the product in a kitchen or a gym, the economics flip. At 4,800 credits per 30 seconds of Seedance 2.5, Starter buys two or three clips a month and even Creator 5 buys about 23, before the retries every ad needs. At that point you are paying for a video model, and you can compare JoggAI directly with tools like HeyGen and its alternatives or Creatify and its alternatives on the per-second rate.
Who should buy JoggAI, and who should not
Buy JoggAI if you write your own scripts, want a lot of talking-avatar variations for very little money, and are comfortable with a non-refundable subscription. Agencies that need many custom avatars and long videos should price Team against annual Creator 5 first. Do not buy it if you need generated product footage at volume, if a non-refundable annual charge would hurt, or if you need fast answers from support when a render fails.
How AdsGen approaches the same job differently
AdsGen is narrower. You paste a product URL, and we read the page, choose the angles, write the hooks, cast the presenters and return a batch of finished 9:16 ads with captions burned in, up to 20 variations across 6 angles per product. You do not write scripts or pick models, and the plan is not metered in credits, so a test round does not depend on how many seconds each clip runs. Plans start at $49 a month billed yearly; see AdsGen plans and pricing, or compare the field in our roundup of the best AI UGC video generators.
Our limits matter here too. Output is 9:16 only, with no editor, no translation and no custom avatar of your own face. A thin product page gives the model less to work with. And our presenters are generated, so they should never be presented as real customers. If you want the cheapest possible talking avatar reading a script you wrote, JoggAI is cheaper per clip than we are.
Jogg AI review FAQ
Is Jogg AI worth it?
Jogg AI is worth it for talking-avatar ads you script yourself: a 30-second avatar video is 50 credits, about 12 cents on the $29 Starter plan. It is poor value for generated product footage, where 30 seconds of Seedance 2.5 costs 4,800 credits, and payments are non-refundable, so test on the free credits first.
How much is JoggAI per month?
JoggAI Starter is $29 a month or $288 a year for 12,000 credits a month. Creator runs from $49 to $238 a month across five rungs, and Team is $2,580 a year, annual only. Annual billing saves about 17 percent and grants the year of credits up front, read on 2 October 2026.
Does JoggAI have a free plan?
Yes, a limited one. The Free plan gives 200 credits once, valid for 31 days, with videos up to 3 minutes and a watermark. At 25 credits per 15 seconds that is about 2 minutes of avatar video, though the plan card says about 1 minute.
Does JoggAI give refunds?
Generally no. JoggAI's terms say payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and cancelling does not refund charges already paid. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, and an upgrade refunds the leftover value of the old plan.
Do JoggAI credits roll over?
Monthly credits roll over for up to three months while you stay subscribed. Annual plans grant the full year of credits at the start. If you cancel, unused credits expire at the end of the paid period, and upgrading reclaims unused credits from the old plan.
Can I use JoggAI videos for ads?
Yes. JoggAI's terms assign you the rights to your output and do not restrict commercial use, which covers paid ads. You need consent for any real person's image you upload, and you must not present the output as entirely human generated.
What is a good JoggAI alternative for video ads?
For scripted avatars, HeyGen is the richer studio at about 75 cents per 30-second Avatar IV ad. For ad-first workflows, Creatify costs about $3.90 per 30-second ad on Starter. AdsGen turns a product URL into a batch of finished 9:16 ads with the hooks written, from $49 a month without a credit meter.
