Fliki AI pricing and Fliki AI review for marketers making video ads
The short answer
Fliki is a text to video and AI voiceover tool from Nine Thirty Five LLC, a Delaware company. On 8 October 2026 a US visitor sees Free ($0, 3 credits, watermark, no commercial rights), Standard at $28 a month or $21 billed yearly ($252) for 180 credits a month, Premium at $88 a month or $66 billed yearly ($792) for 600 credits a month, and custom Enterprise. A credit costs 11.0 to 15.6 cents depending on plan and cycle. A 30-second ad with a stock avatar costs about 8 to 10 credits, a stock footage ad with a voiceover about 1. It has an AI video ad generator and a UGC ad generator that take a product URL. Trustpilot shows 4.2 from 3,041 reviews, 82 percent five-star. Credits do not roll over, and the FAQ says subscriptions are not refunded.
Most people looking up Fliki pricing are one step from paying. They have tried the free plan, liked the voices, and want to know which plan covers the videos they need each month, what a credit really buys, and what happens if they stop. Marketers have a second question, which Fliki itself now invites: can it make the UGC style ads we run on TikTok and Meta?
This review answers both with figures read on 8 October 2026 from the Fliki pricing data a US visitor receives, its plan settings, its credit guide (updated 30 September 2026), its FAQ, terms (updated 3 June 2026) and privacy policy (updated 7 October 2026), its developer docs, Trustpilot, the App Store and Google Play. Dollar costs per ad are our arithmetic from Fliki's published credit rates, and we label them as estimates.
One note on what we are: AdsGen writes UGC ad scripts from a product URL and renders the ones you pick as vertical video ads, so we compete with Fliki's ad generator. For voiced explainers, faceless channels, narrated product videos and translations, Fliki is the stronger and cheaper product, and the section on where it wins says so.

Our verdict
3.8/5
Worth it for marketers who need a steady supply of voiced, captioned videos at low cost. Read the billing rules first, because credits do not roll over and refunds are discretionary.
Fliki turns a script, a blog post, a product photo or a product page URL into a voiced video with stock footage, AI clips or a stock avatar. In the US it costs $28 a month for Standard (180 credits) or $88 for Premium (600 credits), and 25 percent less billed yearly, with the whole year of credits delivered up front. By our arithmetic from its own credit guide, a 30-second stock avatar ad uses about 8 to 10 credits, roughly $1.30 to $1.50 on monthly Standard, and a stock footage ad with a voiceover costs under 25 cents. The catch is the billing: unused credits expire every cycle, the FAQ says there are no refunds after you subscribe, top-up prices are only visible after login, and Fliki's own pages contradict each other on four points we list below.

How Fliki scores, category by category
Voices and narrated video
4.5The core product. 1,000 voices on Standard and over 2,000 on Premium, voice cloning from Standard, and stock media at no credit cost. Few tools are cheaper per narrated minute.
UGC style ads
3.3A product URL or photo becomes a spokesperson, UGC or faceless video. Stock avatars are limited on Standard and the presenters read as avatars, so it suits faceless and voiced formats better than talking UGC.
Value for money
4.4About 11 to 16 cents a credit, and a 30-second avatar ad near $1.40 on monthly Standard. Annual credits arrive up front, which suits teams that batch work.
Pricing clarity
3.0The credit guide is detailed, but top-up prices sit behind login, prices change by country, and the FAQ, pricing table and llms.txt disagree on the free plan, the avatar rate and which plan gets the API.
Billing and refunds
2.6No rollover, no published refund window (the FAQ says no refunds), renewal on the same terms, and an early renew option that resets the date and forfeits unused credits.
Rights and terms
3.9You own what you publish and the commercial licence survives cancellation on paid plans. The licence back to Fliki includes improving the service and developing new products, with no training opt-out.

In depth
The Fliki review in full
Is Fliki AI worth it? Yes, for voiced video at volume
Fliki is worth paying for when the job is narration plus visuals: a product explainer, a faceless short, a blog post turned into a video, the same ad in five languages. Stock media costs no credits, a voiceover costs 0.25 to 2 credits a minute depending on the voice, and the export costs 0.1 a minute, so a 30-second stock footage ad with a good voice uses about one credit. On monthly Standard that is under 25 cents. Nothing else we have priced comes close for that format.
It stays cheap with a presenter. A stock avatar costs 0.25 credits a second in the credit guide, so 30 seconds of avatar is 7.5 credits and the finished ad about 8 to 10, roughly $1.30 to $1.50. Even if only one take in three is good enough to run, a usable avatar ad costs about $4 to $4.50 on Standard. That is a fraction of what the per-minute avatar tools charge, and well under what a human creator costs.
Where the value thins is AI generated footage. The plan default models run 0.3 to 0.5 credits a second, so a fully generated 30-second clip lands near $1.60 on Standard and $2.40 on Premium, and Veo 3.1 Fast at 3 credits a second takes a single 30-second ad to about 91 credits, around $13.40.
Standard or Premium, and is the yearly plan worth it
Premium costs 3.14 times as much as Standard and gives 3.33 times the credits, so it is only slightly cheaper per credit (14.7 against 15.6 cents monthly). The reasons to pay for it are features, not volume: all stock avatars and photo avatars instead of a limited set, three voice clones instead of one, the API, team collaboration, Veo 3.1 Fast, and exports up to 40 minutes. If you only need narrated videos and the occasional avatar, Standard is the better buy.
The yearly discount is a real 25 percent on both plans, and the year of credits arrives at once: 2,160 on Standard and 7,200 on Premium. That suits a team that produces in bursts, because a launch month can use what a quiet month would have wasted. Fliki's pricing page has shown other discounts before, including 40 percent in captures from November 2025 and 1 October 2026, and the app mentions a 25 percent code for annual plans, so check the checkout total before you pay.
Seats are priced per user. Three Standard seats are $84 a month on monthly billing, with credits pooled across the team.
Can Fliki make UGC ads from a product URL
Yes. Fliki now sells an AI video ad generator and a UGC ad generator that take a product photo or a product page URL and produce a spokesperson, UGC or faceless video, billed on the normal credit meter. A separate AI Ad Generator turns one to three product photos into two to six static image ads for 0.25 credits plus the image model.
Two things to know before you plan a UGC program on it. The presenters are stock avatars, and Standard only gets a limited set of them, so the same faces turn up in other brands' ads. And Fliki's own UGC page says AI ads must be disclosed and must never be presented as real customer testimonials, which is the right rule and the same one we follow.
In practice Fliki ads work best in formats where an avatar does not have to pass as a real customer: voiced product demos, faceless hooks with captions, narrated before and after sequences. For a talking UGC ad where the script and the hook carry the result, the bottleneck is the writing, which is the part we built AdsGen around.
Billing, credits that expire and refunds
Plan credits reset every cycle and cannot be carried over. If you have used 90 percent or more you can renew early, but that resets your billing date and any credits left are lost. Top-up credits, launched in April 2026, last 180 days, need an active paid plan to buy, and keep only free plan limits after you cancel. Their prices are shown only inside the app, so we could not verify them, and an older FAQ answer still says extra credits cannot be bought.
On refunds, the FAQ says there are no refunds after subscribing and the terms say refunds are decided case by case at Fliki's sole discretion. There is no published refund window and the refund policy URL returns a 404. Cancel any time from Account, then Manage subscription, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The subscription renews on the same terms, and price changes come with reasonable prior notice at the next renewal.
The practical rule: buy monthly Standard first, use it hard for a month, and move to yearly only when you know your credit burn.
Who owns Fliki videos and what Fliki may do with your content
You do. The FAQ says publishing rights are owned by the user and that Fliki does not own any content. Paid plans carry a commercial licence that you keep after the subscription ends, while the free plan has no commercial rights at all, so a brand should never run an ad exported from the free tier.
In return, the terms give Fliki a licence to use your content to operate, improve, promote and provide the service and to develop new services and products. There is no explicit promise not to train on general content and no opt-out. The privacy policy, updated on 7 October 2026, is stricter about faces: uploaded face media is not used for advertising or to train AI models, it is processed by outside AI providers, and you may only upload your own face or one you have permission to use.
The contracting company is Nine Thirty Five LLC, a Delaware company. The terms are governed by United States law and we found no arbitration clause, which is friendlier to a US buyer than most of this category.
Four places where Fliki contradicts itself
None of these is a reason to avoid Fliki, but each one affects a budget, so check them in your own account.
The free plan: the pricing page FAQ still says five minutes of credits, while the plan itself has carried 3 credits since mid 2026. The avatar rate: the credit guide says 0.25 credits a second and the pricing table tooltip says 0.3. The API: the pricing table and plan settings put it on Premium and up, while Fliki's llms.txt says Standard and above. Reviews: Fliki markets 4.8 on G2 and more than 5,500 reviews across G2 and Capterra, while the listings we could read show 4.7 from 176 on G2 and 4.7 from 345 on Capterra.
The pattern is common in this market. Our InVideo AI review found three different price lists for the same product, and a page that was right in August can be wrong by October.
Where Fliki beats us outright, and you should buy it instead
If you need many finished videos a month at the lowest cost, buy Fliki. A stock footage ad with a voiceover costs it under 25 cents, and our plans include a small fixed number of renders a month.
If you need voices, buy Fliki. It has over 1,000 voices on Standard, voice cloning, and translation, and we offer English presenter voices only.
If you need landscape or square video, long narrated explainers or faceless channel content, Fliki does all of that and we make 9:16 ads only.
If you need an API on a mid-priced plan, Fliki includes one on Premium at $88 a month, on plan credits, with a limit of 10 video generations every 10 minutes. Ours is on the Enterprise plan only.
Where the comparison turns is the ad itself. If your problem is not rendering but knowing what to say, which hook to open on and which of six angles will beat your current winner, more cheap renders of one script will not fix it. For other tools in this group, see our Pictory alternative and InVideo AI alternative pages.
What AdsGen does instead, including what it will not do
You paste a product URL. We read the page for the product, its claims and its images, and write a batch of up to 20 UGC-style scripts across six angles, each with its own hook. You pick the scripts worth filming and we render them as 720p vertical videos with AI presenters and burned-in captions, ready to upload to TikTok, Meta or Shorts. The plan covers a set number of script batches and a fixed number of rendered videos a month (1 on Starter, 2 on Growth, 6 on Scale, 12 on Enterprise). There is no credit meter, and you see the scripts for your own product in the demo before paying.
The limits, stated before you sign up. Renders are a small fixed number each month, so we do not suit a team that needs dozens of finished videos a month; Fliki does. There is no timeline editor and no voice library. Output is 9:16 only, with captions burned in. It works from a product URL, so a thin product page gives the model less to work with. The presenters are generated, so they are not customers and must never be presented as testimonials. API access is on the Enterprise plan only.
Plenty of teams will run both: AdsGen to find the angles and hooks worth testing, a cheap renderer like Fliki for narrated variations and translations. Our roundup of the best AI UGC video generators shows where each tool fits.
Why teams pick AdsGen
The full UGC video ad, end to end
The script is the product
Fliki renders whatever script you give it, cheaply. AdsGen writes up to 20 script variations per batch across six angles from your product page, so you test hooks before you spend a render.
No credit meter to watch
Fliki charges per second of avatar, per minute of voice and again on every re-export, and unused credits expire. AdsGen plans carry a set number of script batches and renders a month.
Try it on your own product
The demo runs the real script engine on a product URL you paste, with no card. You see ad scripts for your own product before you choose a plan.
