CreateUGC AI Pricing 2026: Plans and Cost Per Ad

CreateUGC pricing read live off its own page in August 2026: Launch $19.90, Scale $29.90 and Max $49.90 a month on annual billing, with no free plan. Its table changes unit halfway down, and the cheapest plan turns out to be the most expensive per video.

CreateUGC sells three plans: Launch at $19.90 a month, Scale at $29.90 and Max at $49.90, all quoted on annual billing. Paid monthly they are $26.90, $39.90 and $66.90. There is no free plan, only a 3 day trial on every tier. The number that decides your bill is not on the cards: the plan table changes its unit of measurement halfway down. Launch is sold in videos, 10 a month. Scale and Max are sold in credits, 200 and 450, with an approximate video count attached. Work the arithmetic through and the cheapest plan is the most expensive per video by a factor of two, $1.99 on Launch against $1.00 on Max.

CreateUGC is one of the small number of AI ad tools that takes a product link as its input rather than a script, which puts it in direct competition with the tools most performance marketers are shopping. Everything below was read directly off createugc.ai/pricing on August 20, 2026, with the annual toggle in the state the page loads in. Prices in this category move fast, so confirm before you commit to a year.

CreateUGC pricing plans at a glance

Prices are per month. The annual column is the one the page shows by default. The monthly column is what you pay without the year commitment.

PlanAnnualMonthlyAllowanceAvatarsPremium models
Launch$19.90$26.9010 videos / mo20No
Scale$29.90$39.90200 credits, about 20 videos120Yes
Max$49.90$66.90450 credits, about 50 videos1,000+Yes

The annual saving is stated on each card as $84, $120 and $204 a year, and the arithmetic checks out exactly: Launch at $26.90 monthly is $322.80 a year against $238.80 prepaid, a difference of $84.00. The banner calls it 25 percent off. On Launch it is closer to 26 percent, on the other two it is 25.

Every plan carries the same trial language: three days free, then the monthly rate, cancel anytime. There is no free tier at all, which puts CreateUGC alongside MakeUGC and Creatify rather than alongside HeyGen, which does run a real free plan.

How much does CreateUGC cost per video?

CreateUGC is unusually forthcoming here compared to most of its rivals, which is worth crediting. Two of its three plans publish an explicit credits to videos conversion right on the card, and the third is quoted in videos to begin with. That makes a true cost per finished ad computable from public information, which is not true of every tool in this category.

PlanVideos a monthCost per video, annualCost per video, monthly
Launch10$1.99$2.69
Scaleabout 20$1.50$2.00
Maxabout 50$1.00$1.34

That is a real volume discount, and it is steeper than most. Moving from Launch to Max costs you 2.5 times more per month and halves your cost per video. Compare that to HeyGen, whose own FAQ states its Pro tiers "range from 1,000 credits/mo at $49 to 100,000 credits/mo at $4,300": an 88 times increase in spend for a 12 percent improvement in cost per credit. CreateUGC's ladder rewards commitment far more than that one does.

The corollary is the part buyers get wrong. The cheapest plan is the worst value per unit of work, by two to one. If you are going to make more than ten videos in a month, Launch is the most expensive way to do it.

The plan table changes its unit halfway down

This is the thing to notice before you compare CreateUGC against anything else, and it is easy to miss because the three cards sit side by side and look parallel.

The Launch card lists "10 Monthly Videos". No credits appear on it anywhere. The Scale card lists "Fixed amount of 200 credits/mo" with "about 20 a month" underneath it. The Max card lists "450 credits/mo" with "about 50 a month". So one plan is denominated in finished output and two are denominated in a currency, and the page never says how the two relate on Launch.

The two conversions it does publish also disagree slightly with each other. Scale implies 10 credits a video. Max implies 9. Both cards carry the qualifier "varies by AI model", which explains the drift but also means neither number is a guarantee. If you pick an expensive engine your real video count lands under the printed one, on both plans.

None of this is dishonest. It is the same pattern that runs through the whole category, where the marketing unit and the billing unit are different things and the translation between them is soft. Higgsfield publishes a full per second rate card and still ends up hard to budget because the model is a dropdown. MakeUGC publishes no conversion at all. CreateUGC sits in the middle: two thirds of the table is convertible, one third is not.

What the cheapest plan cannot do

The Launch plan at $19.90 is the price CreateUGC advertises in its own FAQ, and it is the number that will end up in most roundups. It is also missing the features an advertiser is most likely to be shopping for.

  • Premium AI models. Veo 3, Kling 3 and Seedance 2 are listed under "What makes Scale different". They are not on Launch. The site's hero strip names those engines at the very top of the page, above a plan that does not include them.
  • Product in Hand. The feature that has the avatar physically hold your product, which is the single most requested thing in AI UGC, arrives at Scale.
  • Avatar library. 20 avatars on Launch, 120 on Scale, 1,000 plus on Max. That is a 50 times spread across a $30 price difference.
  • Languages. AI voice in 30 plus languages is listed from Scale up. Launch does not publish a language count.
  • Video duration. The 15, 30 and 60 second options are listed under Scale. Launch publishes aspect ratios (1:1, 16:9 and 9:16) but no duration.
  • AI scripts. Launch caps them: "3 AI ready scripts, auto generated". The dearer tiers do not carry that cap.

Read the two upper cards carefully and you will see they are written as deltas. The heading on each is "What makes Scale different" and "What makes Max different", which means Max inherits Scale and Scale inherits Launch. Max's card only lists two things, the 450 credits and the 1,000 plus avatars, because everything else is already above it.

So the honest entry price for someone making product ads with a premium engine is $29.90 a month on annual billing, not $19.90. That pattern is now so consistent across this category that it is worth treating as the default assumption: whatever the advertised floor is, the plan an advertiser actually buys is one rung up. We have found the same thing on Captions, MakeUGC, Higgsfield, HeyGen and AdCreative.ai in turn.

How CreateUGC pricing compares to the rest of the category

Cost per finished 30 second ad, computed from each vendor's own published figures. Where a vendor does not publish a conversion, we say so rather than estimating.

Tool and planMonthly priceCost per adPublished or derived
HeyGen Creator, Avatar IV$29about $0.48From a published 20 credits per minute rate
CreateUGC Max$49.90 annualabout $1.00From its published 450 credits, about 50 videos
CreateUGC Scale$29.90 annualabout $1.50From its published 200 credits, about 20 videos
Higgsfield Plus, Kling 3.0$47 annualabout $1.88From a published per second credit table
Creatify Starter$39about $1.95From an FAQ stating 10 credits make up to 2 ads
CreateUGC Launch$19.90 annualabout $1.99From a published 10 videos a month
MakeUGC Startup$59Not calculableNo credits to videos conversion published
ArcadsNot publishedNot calculableIts pricing page returns a 404

Two things fall out of that table. First, CreateUGC is competitively priced in the middle of the field and its dearest plan is its best value, which is not the usual shape. Second, the tools you cannot price are not cheap, they are unknown, and an unknown is a worse purchase than an expensive one when you are forecasting a creative budget. If you want the fuller side by side, our MakeUGC vs HeyGen comparison works through what happens when one vendor publishes a burn rate and the other does not, and Creatify vs HeyGen covers the ad platform against corporate video split.

The reference point that matters more than any of these is the human one. CreateUGC's own FAQ puts hiring a UGC creator at roughly $50 to $500 or more per video, which matches what brands report. If you would rather work with a freelance video creator for a hero asset and use AI for the volume of variants underneath it, that hybrid is what most performance teams we talk to have settled on.

Does CreateUGC have a free plan?

No. CreateUGC has no free tier. Every plan card carries the same offer instead: three days free, then the plan rate, cancel anytime. That is a trial, not a free plan, and it requires payment details up front. Among the tools we track, HeyGen and Higgsfield run genuinely free tiers, while CreateUGC, MakeUGC, Arcads and AdCreative.ai do not.

Do CreateUGC credits roll over?

CreateUGC does not publish a rollover policy on its pricing page. Both credit plans describe the allowance as a "fixed amount" per month, which in this category almost always means it resets, but the page does not say so explicitly and we will not assert it. For contrast, HeyGen states plainly that monthly credits carry one extra month and annual credits accumulate to renewal, while MakeUGC states just as plainly that unused credits expire at the end of the month.

Is CreateUGC worth it for a Shopify or dropshipping store?

It is aimed squarely at that buyer, and the input model is the reason. You paste a product link rather than writing a brief, which removes the step most store owners actually get stuck on. At $1.00 to $1.50 per video on the upper plans it is cheap enough to test a dozen angles on a single product without thinking about it.

The reservation is the same one that applies to every tool in this shape: it renders the video, it does not decide the ad. You still choose the angle, the hook and the offer, and those decide whether the creative works. If that part is your bottleneck rather than the rendering, look at how we approach UGC ads for Shopify stores, where the angle and script are written from the product page before anything is generated.

What models does CreateUGC use?

Its hero strip names Seedance 2.5, Veo 3, Kling 3 and Topview. The Scale plan card lists "Premium AI models: Veo 3, Kling 3, Seedance 2", so the version numbers on the two are not identical and the plan card is the one to trust. Naming Topview is notable, since Topview is a competing product in its own right with its own published plans. Building on other vendors' engines is normal in this category, but it does mean model access can change without your plan changing.

Which CreateUGC plan should you buy?

Buy Scale at $29.90 on annual billing if you are producing ads. It is the first plan with the premium engines, product in hand, a 120 avatar library and a published duration range, and at about $1.50 a video it is cheaper per unit than Launch despite costing more per month.

Buy Max at $49.90 if you are running more than about twenty videos a month. The per video cost drops to roughly a dollar, which is the best rate on the page, and the avatar library jumps to over a thousand, which matters when you are testing many creator personas against the same product.

Buy Launch at $19.90 only as a longer trial. Ten videos a month with 20 avatars, no premium models and no product in hand is a way to see whether the output is good enough for your category, not a way to run a creative programme.

What we could not verify

Three things are absent from CreateUGC's pricing page and we are not going to fill them in with guesses. There is no seat count on any plan, so assume one and ask before you buy for a team. There is no rollover policy. And there is no per model credit table, so the "varies by AI model" qualifier on the video counts cannot be quantified from outside. If you are choosing between tools on cost per ad, ask support for those three numbers in writing before you commit to an annual plan.

AdsGen takes the other approach to all of this. Plans are counted in finished ads rather than credits, so there is no conversion to work out, and the product picks the angle and writes the hook from your product URL before it casts a creator and renders a native 9:16 ad with burned in captions. You can see the full plan table on our pricing page, or paste a product URL into the generator above and watch a batch come back.
