Predis AI Review: Predis Reviews, Pricing, Is It Worth It?
Predis AI is a well-rated social content platform (4.4 on Trustpilot, 82% five-star) with a UGC ad maker, but a 30-second UGC ad costs 800 credits, about $13.75 on annual Rise. Annual prices rose in September 2026, the trial is now 3 days, and its plan cards promise about five times the videos its credit table delivers.

Predis AI is a well-rated social content platform that also makes UGC video ads from a product URL, and it is worth it if you want a full social calendar with some product videos in it. As a video ad tool it is expensive: a UGC clip costs 200 credits per 8 seconds, so a 30-second ad is 800 credits, about $13.75 on annual Rise and $19.75 on monthly Rise. Annual prices went up in September 2026 (Core from $19 to $24 a month, Rise from $40 to $55), the free trial is now 3 days with a card, and every payment after it is non-refundable.
We read the Predis pricing page and the price file behind it, the credit table in its pricing FAQ, the API docs, the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, Trustpilot, Capterra and both app stores on 25 September 2026. This review is written for someone about to enter a card to make video ads. It covers what a finished ad really costs, why the plan cards promise far more videos than the credits buy, the three clauses worth reading first, and the kind of buyer who should pick Predis over what we sell.
Predis AI reviews at a glance
| What we checked | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 4.4 from 262 reviews: 82% five, 8% one |
| Capterra | 4.7 from 186 reviews |
| App Store (US) / Google Play | 4.69 from 365 / 4.5 from 3.32K |
| Cheapest plan | Core: $32 a month, or $24 billed yearly |
| UGC video rate | 200 credits per 8 seconds |
| 30-second UGC ad, annual Rise | 800 credits, about $13.75 |
| Trial | 3 days, card required, then charged |
| Refunds | None after the trial |
The reviews are genuinely good. An 82 percent five-star share with only 8 percent one-star is a healthier shape than most tools in this category: MakeUGC splits 49 to 47 and Hedra has 79 percent one-star. Read the one-star reviews and a single theme repeats: being charged when the trial ended, or after cancelling. That lines up with the terms, covered below.
What Predis AI actually does
Predis is a social media content platform first. It generates posts, carousels, captions and hashtags, schedules them to up to 60 channels on the top plan, and runs competitor analysis against other brands' social pages. Its UGC ad maker is one feature inside that: paste a product URL or upload an image, pick an AI creator and a UGC template, and Predis writes the script, adds voiceover, lip sync, captions and B-roll, and pulls images, price and description from the page. It advertises bulk variations from one product URL and exports vertical, square and landscape formats.
That breadth is the reason it lands on shortlists next to Creatify and Arcads. It is also why its pricing behaves differently from a dedicated ad tool: you are paying for a content calendar, 10 to 60 social channels, auto-posting and competitor runs, and the video ad is priced as the heavy exception on that menu. Predis's competitor feature only looks at social pages. If you also need to see when a rival changes prices or launches a landing page, that is a job for a dedicated competitor monitoring tool rather than a content scheduler.
Is Predis AI worth it for video ads?
Only if video ads are a small part of what you need. The credit table in the Predis pricing FAQ charges 200 credits per 8 seconds of standard or UGC video and 5 credits per 10 seconds of faceless video. Predis bills in 8-second blocks, so a 30-second UGC ad rounds up to four blocks, 800 credits. Here is the ladder priced at that unit.
| Plan | Credits / mo | 30s UGC ads / mo | Cost per ad, annual | Cost per ad, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1,300 | 1 | $14.77 | $19.69 |
| Rise | 3,200 | 4 | $13.75 | $19.75 |
| Enterprise+ | 10,000 | 12 | $16.96 | $19.92 |
Two things stand out. Core cannot run a creative test: one 30-second ad uses 800 of its 1,300 credits and the remaining 500 are not enough for a second. And the top plan is the dearest per ad on annual billing, because Enterprise+ gets a 15 percent annual discount while Rise gets 30. Monthly billing flattens everything to about 2.5 cents a credit on every tier.
For comparison, a 30-second ad on Creatify Starter works out to $3.90, and MakeUGC runs from $11.80 on monthly Start up down to $2.58 on annual Pro. Predis at $13.75 to $19.92 per 30-second UGC ad sits at the top of the range, before counting the three to five attempts a usable ad usually takes. Faceless video is the other extreme: 30 seconds is 15 credits, about 26 cents on annual Rise. If faceless stock-footage video works for your product, Predis is cheap. If you need a person talking about your product, it is not.
The plan cards promise five times the videos the credits buy
Each Predis plan card carries an estimate. Core says "About 325 images or 33 videos", Rise says "About 800 images or 80 videos" and Enterprise+ says "About 2500 images or 250 videos". Divide the credits by those counts and the cards are assuming about 4 credits an image and about 40 credits a video.
The credit table on the same page charges 15 credits an image and 200 credits per 8 seconds of UGC video. At those rates Core buys 86 images or 6 eight-second UGC clips, Rise buys 213 images or 16 clips, and Enterprise+ buys 666 images or 50 clips. The card claims overstate images by about 3.8 times and UGC video by about 5 times. In August the same cards said roughly 9, 22 and 71 videos, which was already about 40 percent too high. The new numbers are further from the credit table, not closer. The FAQ also gives an example, "10s voiceover video (4 credits)", that contradicts its own 5-credits-per-10-seconds line.
The practical rule is simple: ignore the video count on the card and divide the credit figure by 200 for every 8 seconds of UGC video you plan to make. The full working, plan by plan, is in our Predis AI pricing breakdown.
Predis AI pricing went up in September 2026
On 30 August 2026 the annual rates were Core at $19 a month ($230 a year) and Rise at $40 ($474 a year). On 25 September they were Core at $24 ($288 a year) and Rise at $55 ($664 a year), rises of 25 and 40 percent. Enterprise+ stayed at $212 a month ($2,540 a year), and monthly list prices stayed at $32, $79 and $249. The page toggle advertises "30% off" yearly, but the cards show 25 percent on Core, 30 on Rise and 15 on Enterprise+. Articles written before September quote the old annual prices.
| Plan | Annual, Aug 30 | Annual, Sep 25 | Monthly list |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $19 / mo | $24 / mo | $32 |
| Rise | $40 / mo | $55 / mo | $79 |
| Enterprise+ | $212 / mo | $212 / mo | $249 |
Extra credits are a recurring $29 a month for 1,200 credits on every plan, 2.42 cents a credit. That is close to the monthly plan rate and up to 41 percent above the annual rate. Unused credits do not roll over; they expire at the end of each billing cycle, including on yearly plans, where credits are deposited monthly.
Is Predis AI legit?
Yes. Predis is a real product run by EZML Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company based in Pune, India, with 4.4 on Trustpilot from 262 reviews, 4.7 on Capterra from 186 and 4.69 on the US App Store. The complaints that do exist are about billing rather than the output: charges when the trial ends and charges after cancelling. Both follow from terms that are strict but stated.
The three clauses to read before you pay
The trial is 3 days and it bills automatically. Predis says every plan starts with 3 days free, it takes a card to start the trial and charges it when day 3 ends. Until recently the trial was 7 days, which is why some one-star reviews mention a "7 day free trial". Set a reminder for day 2.
Cancelling only works in the app. The terms say cancellation happens through the in-app "Cancel Subscription" option and that "any other emails, chat or phone requests to cancel your subscription will not be considered." Payments are non-refundable, with no refunds for partial months or unused months. An email asking to cancel does not stop the next charge.
The terms say nothing about who owns what you generate. They state that you own the business data you provide, but we found no clause on ownership of generated output, no explicit commercial-use grant and no rule on the likeness of the AI creators. Disputes go to individual arbitration in Maharashtra, India, with no class actions. The terms also disagree with themselves on price-change notice: 30 days in the overview, at least 10 days in the fees section. If you produce ads for clients, get the ownership question answered in writing before a client relies on the files.
| Question | What Predis says |
|---|---|
| Refunds | None after the 3-day trial |
| How to cancel | In-app only; emails not accepted |
| Unused credits | Expire each billing cycle |
| Output ownership | Not addressed in the terms |
| Disputes | Arbitration in Maharashtra, India |
| Price-change notice | 30 days or 10 days (both stated) |
Where Predis is the better buy
Buy Predis if your team needs a steady flow of social posts across several brands and channels and wants a few product videos in the mix. Unlimited team members on every plan, auto-posting, competitor runs, landscape and square output, and very cheap faceless video are real advantages that ad-only tools do not offer. An agency running organic social for small clients will get more from Predis Rise than from any tool built only for paid ads, and its review profile suggests most customers are happy.
Where AdsGen is the better buy
Buy a dedicated ad tool if paid social video is the job. AdsGen takes a product URL, reads the page, writes the hooks and angles, casts the presenters and returns a batch of finished 9:16 ads with captions burned in, up to 20 variations across 6 angles per product. Plans start at $82 a month and are not counted in credits, so the retries every ad test needs do not draw down a balance. See our AdsGen plans and pricing, or compare the field in our roundup of the best AI UGC video generators.
Our limits matter too. AdsGen makes vertical video only, with no editor, no scheduling, no static posts and no landscape. A thin product page gives the model less to work with, and our presenters are generated, so they should never be presented as real customers. If you need all of social handled in one place, Predis does more than we do.
Predis AI review FAQ
Is Predis AI worth it?
Predis AI is worth it for teams that need social posts, scheduling and some video across several brands, especially on annual Rise at $55 a month. For UGC video ads alone it is expensive: a 30-second ad costs 800 credits, about $13.75 to $19.92 depending on plan and billing, and the plan cards overstate how many videos you get.
Is Predis AI free?
No. Predis AI has no free plan. Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial that needs a card, and the card is charged when day 3 ends unless you cancel in the app. Payments after the trial are non-refundable, so decide within those three days.
How much does Predis AI cost?
Predis AI costs $32, $79 or $249 a month on monthly billing for Core, Rise and Enterprise+, or $24, $55 and $212 a month billed yearly, as read on 25 September 2026. The plans include 1,300, 3,200 and 10,000 credits a month, and extra credits are $29 a month for 1,200.
How many credits does a Predis video cost?
A standard or UGC video costs 200 credits per 8 seconds, so a 30-second ad uses 800 credits. A faceless video costs 5 credits per 10 seconds, so 30 seconds uses 15. Images, ad creatives and each carousel slide cost 15 credits. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Can you cancel Predis AI anytime?
Yes, but only inside the app. The Predis terms say cancellation must use the in-app "Cancel Subscription" option and that email, chat or phone requests will not be considered. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period, since payments are non-refundable.
What is a good Predis AI alternative for video ads?
For UGC video ads specifically, a dedicated ad generator is usually cheaper per finished ad. Creatify costs about $3.90 per 30-second ad on Starter, MakeUGC runs from $2.58 to $11.80 per video, and AdsGen turns a product URL into a batch of finished 9:16 ads on plans from $82 a month that are not metered in credits.
